Welcome to my Substack, I’m really excited about carving out this space to share thoughts, guidance and insights that deserve more real estate than an Instagram caption can accommodate. My approach to therapy is unorthodox and I don’t think that doing-the-work has to be very complicated. I’ve helped countless clients and colleagues overcome life’s most difficult challenges and I want to share those philosophies here for this community to chew on together.
What You Can Expect Here
The world of mental health and wellness throws a lot of confusing language at you—it’s tough to decipher. This space is a community dedicated to breaking it all down into digestible pieces because many of us don’t care about psycho-nerd babble. We just want to feel better bro.
Being the self-proclaimed TLDR (Too Long Didn’t Read) King himself, I understand. Let’s not do that here.
Accessibility
This does not count as therapy, but it can stand in the gap for people who are in therapy, in-between therapists or turned off to the idea all together. Whether the thought of talking to a professional is scary or just scary expensive, you can always grab something useful here.
